SIMON CULLEY

Si has extensive experience as a coach. He is a level 4 RFU coach and has 16 years experience at the top level of university rugby.

He began as an RFU dvelopment officer in 2005 before moving onto lead Team Northumbria as Head of Rugby in 2011.

During a brief hiatus from the UK, Si took his skills to New Zealand to return in 2019 joining Durham's performance coaching squad. He has taken over as Head of Rugby for the 23/24 season with high expectations.

Si has engineered an exciting yet sucsessful style of rugby which has led the first team to contention in BSR going into the second half of the season
