1ST XV

Our first team competes in the BUCS Super League, the most prestigious university rugby tournament in the UK. We have a proven track record of success, with championship titles won and a strong commitment to developing our players both on and off the field.

In this division the top 10 university sides in the country partake in 18 grueling rounds of regular season action followed by a knockout competition culminating in a final at a neutral stadium.

The 1st XV won this title back in 2019/20 and topped the league again in 21/22. We continue to compete at the top end of this division and our programme is a breeding ground for up and coming premiership talent.
