The plan for the exam period will be as follows starting next Tuesday (because of bank holiday Monday);
The gym is booked for the rugby club every morning 7-9am Monday-Friday. You are to complete a minimum of 3 gym sessions a week, what days you do these on are totally up to you based on your exam schedule. Either come at 7am or 8am please.
Conditioning sessions at mid day outside at MC Monday to Friday's. Format of these sessions will vary from basic running to strongman training to football. These will be 12-1pm.
